Vazhayil Foam Rubbers was established in 1983 by Mr. Kuruvilla Scaria. He was a planter and a passionate entrepreneur. His quest for innovation helped him emerge as a winner. His hard work helped him achieve success and ensure his customers get the best quality at a reasonable price. The products prospered in spite of the competition from ubiquitous variants prevalent in market at that time.
The company started in 1983 and is today one of the nation's leading cultivators and manufacturer of Natural Rubber Latex with a wide range of all-natural latex product offerings. We have a workforce of 250, who are directly or indirectly involved in the production process of VFOAM natural latex. The company has access to the finest quality natural latex rubber from its strategic rubber plantation partners in India and other Asian countries assuring best quality 100% natural latex.
Evidently the use of breakthrough technology has simplified the way we do things. VFOAM was the first to bring in the automatic foaming machine to God’s own country several years back while the idea was still in its infancy for our competitors.

VFOAM is all natural foam rubber that is manufactured using the sap from the rubber tree, Hevea Brasiliensis. This latex is inherently hypo-allergenic, anti-microbial and dust-mite resistant. The quality of the latex used has a direct impact on the quality of the products and hence we employ stringent quality assurance measures to remove the impurities and proteins ensuring the best quality of latex for production.
The amount of carbon dioxide absorbed in one hectare of rubber plantation is around 300 Metric tons, thereby contributing to carbon dioxide fixation . We take pride in enhancing the lives of our workers as well as leaving a better world for the next generation. We encourage use of biodegradable natural rubber products over synthetic non-biodegradable rubbers.
